Pioneering Zambia's Industrial Future

Kingsworth Group Limited (KGL)

A proud subsidiary of the Trade Kings Group, stands at the forefront of Zambia’s industrial transformation. As the driving force behind Zambia’s first-ever glucose and starch manufacturing plant, KGL represents a bold $110 million commitment to national self-reliance, economic growth, and agricultural excellence. Commissioned by President Hakainde Hichilema in October 2025, our state-of-the-art facility in the Lusaka Multi-Facility Economic Zone processes over 126,000 tonnes of locally sourced maize annually — transforming it into vital food ingredients including starch, glucose, and maltodextrin. Beyond production, KGL is building a legacy: generating over 1,000 jobs, saving approximately $30 million in annual imports, and unlocking an export potential of $150 million — fuelling a stronger, more self-sufficient Zambia for generations to come.
